Innodrive Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and engagement with the Innodrive Consulting Group, including its three core verticals: Market Intelligence (Einblick), Agentic AI & Automation, and BIM & MEP Engineering Services.
By engaging our services or accessing our platforms, you agree to these Terms in full. We operate as Innodrive Consulting Services Private Limited ("the Company").
1. Scope of Engagement
Innodrive provides specialized consulting and engineering services across three domains:
Market Intelligence (Einblick)
Access to our research engine for qualitative and quantitative data collection, AI-moderated interviews, and sentiment analysis reports.
Agentic AI & Automation
Consulting and implementation of autonomous systems, custom agent development, and operational process automation.
BIM & MEP Engineering
High-fidelity Building Information Modeling, MEP design, coordination, and structural engineering services for large-scale infrastructure.
2. Testing & Beta Access

The einblick platform is currently in a controlled testing phase. Features, data handling practices, and service availability are subject to change as we refine the platform. Access is granted by invitation and organizational verification only.
3. Intellectual Property
All platform code, proprietary AI models, research methodologies, and engineering workflows developed by Innodrive are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company, protected under the Copyright Act 1957.
Service Deliverables: Ownership of final engineering drawings (BIM), automation code, or research reports is governed by the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed between Innodrive and the Client. In the absence of a specific agreement, Innodrive retains ownership of the underlying logic and methodology.
4. Professional Obligations
Clients engaging Innodrive agree to:
- Provide accurate project data (architectural plans, process maps, etc.) necessary for service delivery.
- Maintain the confidentiality of Innodrive's proprietary methodologies and consulting frameworks.
- Use deliverables exclusively for the purpose disclosed at the time of the engagement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innodrive Consulting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our research, automation systems, or engineering models. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project deliverable in question.
